What is Coaching?
Coaches meet clients in the present moment and focus on the future. They clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create action plans. Coaches are not medical or healthcare professionals. We don’t have the credentials or accreditation to provide mental healthcare. Coaches focus on how to reach a goal. Their process is oriented towards action and results.

My Coaching Method
My goal as your emotional wellness coach is to get at the root of your challenge, at or outside of work, and support you in gaining new insights using evidence-based strategies in mindset strengthening, emotion management, and habit formation.

Our mindsets, thought habits, and unconscious beliefs often get in the way of what we really want in life. The first phase of our work will focus on developing strong awareness and building tools to work with your mind in a productive way.
Emotions are tools. They can give us helpful information when we know how to identify, process, and respond to them in supportive ways. The second phase of our work will be focused on learning evidence-based strategies to help you manage difficult emotions.
If you develop good habits, reaching your goals will be a byproduct. In the final phase of our work, and throughout, you will learn how to build and maintain energy giving habits based on your unique disposition so that they are long-lasting and stick.
